Overview In this role you will oversee a portfolio of education sector projects, delivering new builds and refurbishments up to £5m. You will work from Redhill and coordinate across the Southern Home Counties, ensuring high standards of delivery and client satisfaction. You will lead multiple projects concurrently, manage teams, and engage with clients as a key point of contact. This is an opportunity to shape education-focused construction through strong leadership and effective procurement understanding.

Responsibilities - Oversee multiple education sector projects (new build and refurbishment) up to £5m.
- Manage delivery from planning through to handover while coordinating internal and external teams.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide clear communication across stakeholders.
- Apply two-stage D&B procurement principles to project delivery.
- Lead and develop project teams to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.
Key requirements - Track record on education projects for a reputable main contractor
- Experience delivering new build and refurbishment projects up to £5m
- Understanding of two-stage Design & Build procurement
